Terms and Conditions

Adults only: 16 plus
You place a booking through the website, via email or by phone. We are an adult-oriented Bed & Wine and only accept bookings with guests 16 years of age or older. The booker must be 18 years of age or older. If you rent all three guesthouses, a composition of the group with other ages is negotiable. We reserve the right to refuse bookings without reason.

Two persons per stay
Each stay is suitable for a maximum of two adults (booker aged 18 or older and fellow guest aged at least 16). We are a boutique Bed & Wine, so intentionally small. Additional guest rooms are unfortunately not available. Also, we do not add beds, mattresses or mats to any vacation accommodation. Furthermore, we have no camping spots for tents or RV spots (by the way, on the edge of the center of Costigliole d'Asti there are RV spots). Couge surfing? Unfortunately, the bench is not a place to sleep. What can you do? Book a second stay if you are three people or more. Are you a group larger than six or do we have too few vacation rentals available? We have several friends with a B&B nearby. We'd be happy to accommodate you there. That means vacationing together, but staying overnight a stone's throw from each other.

Pets
We love pets, but our vacation rentals do not see equipped for animals. We want to keep our vacation rentals pet-free. So if you come to vacation with us, please make arrangements for your pets.

Payment
When booking, we ask for a payment within 15 days of at least 50% of the booking amount. As soon as we receive the payment, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Then the booking is final. The remainder of the payment must be in our account 60 days before arrival. When booking within 60 days before the arrival date, the full amount must be transferred within 24 hours. We apply the following cancellation policy: 100% refund up to 60 days before the arrival date. After that date, if you stay away without notice or leave early there will be no refund. A cancellation insurance covers in some cases the damage in case of cancellation. Perhaps useful to close.

Force majeure
Unfortunately, there are sometimes circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from carrying out all or part of the booking. In short, there is force majeure. Bummer. For everyone. We are then entitled to cancel the booking with a pro rata refund.
