Check-in
We are happy to receive you between 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. on arrival day. Is it not possible to arrive at this arrival time? Then please contact us so we can arrange another time. Arriving earlier? It is possible that your vacation accommodation is not yet ready. Nevertheless, you can already drop your luggage and take a dip in the pool or explore the surroundings. You are welcome. If you arrive by appointment, you run the risk that we are not present. Therefore, please inform us of your arrival time by e-mail, phone or whatsapp.


Check out
On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartment no later than 10:30 am. After you have left it broom clean and tidy. That means: dishes done and cleaned up in the cupboards, the fridge emptied of perishable and discarded garbage. We provide the final cleaning, but don't feel like leaving the accommodation tidy? Then you can leave it to us for € 125.00. Will you give the key of your stay to auntie before departure?

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pans, knives, etc. to prepare a meal. Due to odor problems, deep frying is not allowed. Basic items such as espresso cups, tea, spices and dish soap are provided in your vacation rental. You may use what you need. We have a BBQ available and there is an outdoor kitchen. Please leave clean after use. At the pool only the use of plastic dishes is allowed.

Cleaning and towel change
Every three days we come and refresh the accommodation with a short cleaning. We also change the towels and kitchen towels. Final cleaning is also included, but we do expect you to leave the vacation rental tidy when you check out. That means dishes done, broom clean, tidy, clean countertop and trash thrown away. Perishable goods and concocted are removed from the refrigerator. Don't feel like doing this cleanup work? We'll do it with love for €125.00.

Waste
There are several trash cans in the vacation rental so you can separate waste. On the grounds there are large bins where you can deposit your garbage. Please do not throw the empty bottles in the bin after 10 p.m., because that is when the early sleepers are sitting upright in their beds.

Smoking
Because of everyone's health, we provide a smoke-free environment on our grounds whenever possible. We strictly enforce smoking and the use of a vape cigarette (e-cigarette) inside (regardless of whether it contains nicotine). If you are caught secretly smoking, vaping or smoking in places other than the smoking area, we will take early leave without refund of accommodation expenses. If it turns out afterwards that there has been smoking in the vacation accommodation, we will charge the cleaning costs (deodorization).

Sustainable
We live in the countryside as sustainably as possible. Therefore, we have solar panels and separate waste. We are frugal with water and electricity. Do you want to be too? Would you therefore turn on the air conditioning or heating only when the windows and doors are closed and when you are in the residence? Turn off all appliances and lights in your absence. To separate garbage, there are several garbage cans in the vacation home and on the grounds. We also use soap sparingly. 

Interior
In a clumsy mood, you may knock something over, break it or damage it. Don't hesitate to tell us. We won't get angry, but will work together to find a solution. In business terms, we will hold you liable for damage and loss of goods. Even if we discover damage or loss after departure. Travel insurance covers damage or loss in a number of cases. So that is useful to take out to cover risks. We can imagine that you are excited about the interior and kitchen contents. Basically, everything is for sale. Would you like to have something? Feel free to ask about the price.

Damage, loss, injury and theft
We are not liable for damage, loss or theft of your property. We recommend locking doors and windows in your absence. A safe is provided for valuables. We are also not liable for injury or damage to persons incurred on our property. Furthermore, we accept no liability for construction activities in the area, failure or non-functioning of technical equipment and utilities or non or partially non-functioning of internet or TV.

Privacy
We respect everyone's privacy. We never just walk into your residence, but we do have the right to do so. Even in your absence. For towel change, cleaning, to close any windows and doors or for inspection. Furthermore, we treat your personal (passport) data confidentially. We do not exchange data with third parties without permission. Each accommodation has its own outdoor furniture. In addition, there are several seating areas on the grounds.

Complaints
Complaints are never fun. Not for you, because you are dissatisfied with something. But also not for us, because we do everything we can to please you. In the unlikely event that something does happen. If something does happen, please report it immediately. Then we can solve it right away. It is difficult for us to put things right after you return home. But if you still want to say something when you get home, please do so within 7 days after your departure date. Then we will see how we can still make you smile.
